First I want to say THANK YOU PINCKNEY SCHOOL TEACHERS! You gals are awesome. This past Tuesday, I held a workshop at Navigator Middle School in Pinckney, MI. I truly did meet some of the nicest teachers. The Pinckney School District is lucky to have you. I want to especially thank Sandy H. for hosting a Stampin' Up! workshop with me and inviting me to her school! Thank you!!!!
A few days ago I promised I would show you the projects we made at the workshop. I had each of the ladies make this really pretty card using some of the new products from the new Occasions Mini Catalog.
Here's the card we made..... I used the same sketch with this card as I did with my last workshop card. I like to use this layout because it is simple and I think it makes for an elegant looking card. You're able to use pattern paper without using a ton of it and the Sweet Pea Stitched Felt Flowers go along way too! I love this card, and I think the ladies liked it too!
All Supplies Stampin' Up!:
Card stock: chocolate chip, pretty in pink, so saffron, very vanilla and sweet pea designer series paper. Stamp Set: well scripted. Ink: chocolate chip. Accessorie: Big Shot, perfect polka dot impressions folder, sweet pea stitched felt, chocloate chip satin ribbon and scallop trim border punch (sale-a-bration).
This is the pretty bag we made using the Stampin' Up! Fancy Favor die along with the Big Shot. This is probably one of my most favorite dies. These bags can be used for sooooo many things/occasions. School projects, wedding/baby shower favors, graduation favors, birthday party favors, or you can wrap a small gift and enclose it inside along with a pretty card. How cute is that. The ideas are endless! The Fancy Favor Die truly is a GREAT investment.
Stampin' Up! Supplies:
Cardstock: chocolate chip, pretty in pink. Accessories: Stampin' Up! Fancy Favor die, eyelet border punch, circle fire rhinestone brads, sticky pages, and white box filler.
And here we have the 2 projects together. Isn't the bag so cute! I had each lady fill a cello bag with Hershey Kisses and stick it inside the bag.
This is a closer look at the paper rosette I made. These were so easy to make and so much fun.
